PROJECT SCOPE:

Jackson Lake is about 41 miles south of downtown Atlanta and was the first powered damn in Georgia.  The property sits at the north end of Jackson at the mouths of the Yellow and South rivers.  This  two bed, two-bath vacation home was built on the bones of a much older one room structure from the 40’s.  The goal with this property was to sleep as many guests as possible comfortably without crowding the house and to create as much outdoor living space as possible.

Here are the details:

  • Three custom designed deck and docks for full on outdoor living and privacy
  • Custom landscaping and sprinkler systems
  • Restored 1966 Lil’ Beaver canned ham for extra sleeping space
  • Restored 1976 Scamp with custom bamboo flooring and wood countertops
  • Hardwood floors added throughout the entire living space
  • High end bedding and mattress
  • The property has a total of 3 beds inside and two “guests campers
  • Outdoor sound system
