Vacation Rental Reynoldstown

Project Scope:

Project Scope:  This 100 year old house in historic Reynoldstown is only steps from the new Eastside beltline extension and has been used as both a personal home and as a weekly pop up restaurant.   The property needed to be staged in a manner to accommodate both a vacation rental as well as a special event space.  We also managed the property via AirBnB on behalf of the owner.

Some of the more interesting staging details include:

• Backyard that is suitable for entertaining up to 45 people for a special event
• Chef’s commercial kitchen with all the bells and whistles
• Street art by NOS (Atlanta-LA)
• High end bedding and mattress
• Airplay enabled media and outdoor sound system
