Project Scope:

This loft is also in the historic Studioplex building in Old Fourth Ward (Atlanta) and needed to be staged for both short stays as well as  conducting meetings and special events.  The property is listed on AirBnB and managed by us (link?).   Our success with managing this property has compelled us into wanting to manage more properties.  We take great pleasure in staging a property and sharing it with people from across the world. From our perspective, it is not just about a property. It is a vehicle to immerse guests into the uniqueness and vibrancy of a neighborhood and all it has to offer.
