Project Scope:
This 2400 square foot house in historic Cabbagetown is a 3 bed 3 bath home that we designed and staged. The staging at the property was designed to be vacation rental ready and family friendly.
Some of the more interesting staging details include:
- Custom designed landscaping that includes low maintenance artificial grass (check it out!)
- Large water feature off the private screened in porch that mutes the city noise allowing for relaxation and conversation on the porch and deck above
- Artwork by AB Lovell in the main living spaces
- High end bedding and mattress throughout
- Airplay enabled media and outdoor sound system
